ASWA releases first rankings
The first Alabama Sports Writers Association high school softball poll of the season was released Thursday morning.
The Alabama Sports Writers Association released its first high school softball rankings of the season Thursday morning. There are plenty of teams rewarded for hot starts, teams that we know will be among the best in their classification, and opportunity for others to rise in the coming weeks.
(The poll doesn’t have any ultimate effect on how the season and postseason is conducted, so no yelling please.)
